Unfortunately the first meeting of the New Year had to be cancelled. The next will be held on Thursday, 13th February 2025 from 1100hrs until 1300hrs and will include a light lunch of soup and sandwiches (any special dietary requirements, please let us know beforehand). As usual, the meeting will be held at Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club, Quarry St, Coatbridge ML5 3PU.

February’s meeting will include input from Brian Reid Information Officer SAMH from 11.00 to 1145.

Mick Gallagher will also be attending the meeting during the second half (12:15 onwards) to continue demonstrating breathing exercises and seated yoga exercises and movement. Please check out Micks website https://www.yoglasgow.org.uk/

Everyone with pulmonary fibrosis/ILD, carers, family, or friends are very welcome to attend.
