The next meeting will be held on Thursday, 14th November from 1100hrs until 1300hrs and will include a light lunch of soup and sandwiches (any special dietary requirements, please let us know beforehand). As usual, the meeting will be held at Coatbridge Indoor Bowling Club, Quarry St, Coatbridge ML5 3PU.

November’s meeting will include input from our own Charles McNeil who will demonstrate and offer advice regarding advanced first aid procedures and resuscitation.  On the day, Charles will provide mannequins to allow members to practice resuscitation techniques.  He has kindly offered to lend the mannequins to anyone who wants to practice at home. Charles is a National CPR Foundation certified practitioner and an advanced First Aid Instructor. 

Mick Gallagher will also be attending the meeting during the second half (12:15 onwards) to continue demonstrating breathing exercises and seated yoga exercises and movement.

Everyone with pulmonary fibrosis/ILD, carers, family, or friends are very welcome to attend.
