CACE are members of ‘Befriending Networks’ and have achieved the ‘Quality in Befriending’ Award. They offer face to face, telephone and digital befriending opportunities to the elderly, isolated and vulnerable members of the community who reside in Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas. Covering Shotts and Wishaw

Getting Better Together Adult Team offer a Befriending Service providing quality support to people over 55 years of age and their carers living within the greater Shotts and Wishaw area. It provides a range of befriending services to reduce social isolation and improve health and wellbeing. They operate the service Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm.
